Well, the dreaded week 2 is here. I knew I wouldn't lose much this week, I never do. BUT.....I lost one pound and didn't gain so I'm happy.
I'm going to Chicago sunday to visit my sister and we are going shopping for bridesmaid dresses. This makes me nervous and uncomfortable, but it has to be done. The good thing is that we are only looking and trying on. We probably wont make a decision and buy anything for a couple of months.
I cut up all my veggies for the week and put them in little containers so I can just grab one for a snack. I had to laugh because I had a bunch of errands to run the other day and I took a container of radishes and hummus with me. Before I would have just went through the drive thru at McDonald's......ugh......the thought of McDonald's now makes me kind of ill. Oh how things change....for the better.
I'm still doing my Body By Vi shakes and I'm still soda free. I've noticed that since I stopped drinking soda, I don't crave sweets as much. Hmmm...who knew!
